Webroster Limited was founded in 2002 by Nigel Gittins. Nigel a highly experienced IT Software Consultant was set the challenge by his parents, who ran a very successful homecare business, of how to efficiently and effectively manage their workforce. Up until then they had been using a traditional paper based system. Nigel quickly developed a web based solution to meet the complex issues of managing and rostering their workforce. Webroster.net was born.
Webroster has come a long way in such a short space of time and we are now one of the UKs leading software development companies, specialising in web based workforce management solutions to the UK Healthcare Market. Our aim is to become the most innovative provider of workforce management solutions to the public and private sectors, offering new ways of working and communicating to improve workforce performance.
Our key strength is that we provide a simple to use, yet powerful workforce management solution to Organisations, allowing them to manage their workforce resources thereby enabling optimal fulfilment of their customers’ requirements, which will deliver them efficiency and productivity gains, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
In 2006 we gained BS ISO 9001 certification and in 2007 became a fully certified Microsoft Partner.
Our head office is in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
