Customer Services
Two levels of Support & Maintenance contracts are available for our customers as follows:

The "Standard Support" desk is manned Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm (excluding English public holidays).

The "Extended Support" desk is manned from 7am to 11pm, 365 days of the year.
All www.webroster.net hosted service customers receive "Standard Support" as part of their standard subscription package at no extra charge. If you would like to discuss your existing contract or a new support contract please contact support on support@webroster.net.
