How do we support our Partners?

Project Management – we use Prince 2 methodology to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and to everyone’s satisfaction.

Consultancy – we carry out a detailed analysis of the all business processes and then map the appropriate solution to ensure it meets agreed needs. The solution is then developed and implemented in the shortest possible time to ensure maximum customer benefits.

Help Desk – we support Partners throughout implementation, then through our maintenance contracts help resolve any issues with the product solution thereafter. You can use this valuable service as you need on behalf of a customer providing an effective back-up service to you and your customers.

You will have peace of mind that you are always using the most up to date version of software in your business, as regular updates will be sent to you with our compliments.
