Description

This new communication system will offer the ability to send messages and manage replies between Webroster users, e.g. managers, clients, suppliers and field staff. A purpose built webroster emailing system is used to manage the messages therefore giving each webroster user their own inbox, outbox and sent messages sections.

 

Each Webroster user manages their messages using the newly developed message centre accessed through the Webroster portals. Managers and field staff can also access their messages using pocketroster.net.

Each message is originated either manually, e.g. an ad-hoc message, or automatically, e.g. a change to the roster triggers a related message to a field staff operative.

 

The Reply Manager

If a reply is requested, RESCOM will manage the reply and notify the originator of any response/non response, so that appropriate action(s) can be taken. Replies would typically confirm or reject requests. The reply manager can notify the originator when a reply has not been received within a given tolerance, e.g. I must have a reply within 30 minutes after sending or I must receive a reply before a given date/time.
